The Livingston Gateway project is intended to support our community’s desire to grow attractively and responsibly by adding important new amenities that enhance the local experience for citizens and visitors alike, while respecting our history and civic personality.
The Project
The Livingston Gateway project in Livingston, Montana is a commercial development intended to significantly benefit the community by providing much needed hospitality services while removing blight and improving the aesthetics of the key entry corridor into the City. The heart of the project will be a newly-constructed, 80 to 90 room Fairfield by Marriott hotel on an approximate 2.8-acre parcel immediately adjacent to the westbound ramp of Exit 333, Interstate 90 in Livingston.
